The corvette is the smallest and fastest of the offensive capital ships. Its low cost, speed and well rounded design make it a great entry level vessel, and well suited for long range missions or when tactical situations can not be predicted.

Corvettes' offensive capabilities sit between the destroyer and the battleship. In sufficient numbers, they will easily bring down a battleship, but are vulnerable to destroyers' massive main guns.

Corvettes aren't as well armored as the other offensive capital ships, but their price reflects that. They bring enough battery mounts to defend against smaller bomber wings.
