Wealth is the average amount of credits each colonists has to their name. Wealth has a significant impact on the well being of your citizens. However, as they become richer, they also become more wasteful. Trying to push individual wealth up too far may be counterproductive from an economical point of view.

- Taxes make everybody poorer.

- People who do not contribute to the economy, i.e. criminals and the sick, will draw money from the system.

- Cost of living is a factor in how much of their money people will have to spend on their basic needs every day.


Wealth affects virtually every aspect of your colony.
It directly influencesland growth, education, health and how many scientists join your colony.
It also affects the Private Economy. More wealth means that the private economy can do a better job.
