This screen is available from the main Command menu (systems icon from mobile interface). It is a spreadsheet that tells you Fleet name, number of Ships, Tonnage, Status, and Position.
Clicking on a fleet's name will take you to the
Fleet Command page for that fleet.
Status column tells you its current
mission type, with an ETA if applicable.
Position column tells you
global coordinates if it's in open space,
World name if located in orbit, colony name if docked at a colony of whatever
Diplomacy stance or system name if the fleet is in close proximity to a star. Clicking on a position will always open the map, or the colony ID page.
At the foot of this spreadsheet are your
Ungrouped vessels currently located at each of your colonies or friendly colonies.
FLEET MENUS
There are two screens related to particular fleets. One is the
Fleet Configuration menu. It is only available for fleets currently at colonies and ungrouped ships. Here you can group/ungroup your fleets and load your carriers, transports and colony ships.
You can select the
Fleet Configuration menu either from a colony overview for the ships and fleets positioned there, or through the
Ungrouped Vessels link below the fleet list, if you have ungrouped ships at your colonies or allied colonies. Note that ships at allied colonies do not partake in colony defense.
The other (but very important) screen is
Fleet Command where you will ensure combat readiness.

All
fleet movement is based on missions. To send a
fleet on a
mission you have to set a valid target and define the
mission objective. Guard type behavior is controlled through your fleets orders, it is not a mission type.
